Competition Rules

Both competitions on this page are run by Charlie's Pet Hub Limited, 740 Te Rapa Road, Te Rapa, Hamilton ("we", "us"). By entering you agree to these rules.

• You must live in New Zealand and be 18 or older.
• Owners and staff of Charlie's Pet Hub and Charlie's Pet Food, and people who live with them, can't enter.
• Entry is free. You don't have to buy anything.

• Dates. Opens Saturday 17 October 2026. Closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday 4 November 2026 (New Zealand time).
• How to enter. On Instagram, follow @charlies_pethub, like the giveaway post, and tag a friend in a comment on that post.
• Entries. Every friend you tag is one entry. Tag as many friends as you like, one per comment. Please only tag real people you know.
• Prizes. Five prizes, each a $100 Charlie's Pet Hub store voucher. A person can win only one.
• Draw. We'll draw five winners at random from all valid entries on Thursday 5 November 2026.
• Winners. We'll message each winner on Instagram from @charlies_pethub and announce them (by Instagram username) in a post on our Instagram and Facebook. We will never ask a winner for payment or bank details.
• Vouchers. Vouchers are collected and used in store. They can be spent on anything we sell, can't be swapped for cash, and are valid until 6 May 2027.

By entering you release Instagram from any responsibility for this giveaway. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

• Dates. Opens Saturday 17 October 2026. Closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday 4 November 2026 (New Zealand time).
• How to enter. Upload a photo of your pet on our photo competition page, with your pet's name, your first name and your email address. One entry per person.
• Your photo. It must be a photo of your own pet that you took, or that you have permission to use. No people who can be recognised, please. We may leave out any photo that isn't suitable.
• Sharing your photo. By entering you let us share your photo, with your first name and your pet's name, on our website, our social media pages and a printed pet photo wall in our shop. We won't pay for this. You still own your photo. Ask us at any time and we'll take it down.
• Prizes. One winner gets a prize pack: a 10 kg box of Charlie's pet food and a Happy Staffy Co toy pack. Two runners-up each get 1 x Happy Staffy Co toy.
• Draw. We'll draw the winner and the two runners-up at random from all valid entries on Thursday 5 November 2026.
• Winners. We'll email each winner and announce them (first name and pet's name) on opening day, Friday 6 November 2026. Prizes are collected in store.

• If a winner doesn't reply within 7 days of us contacting them, we'll draw another winner in their place.
• Prizes can't be transferred or swapped for cash. If a prize isn't available we'll replace it with one of the same or greater value.
• We may refuse entries that break these rules, or that are fake, automated or offensive.
• Entering is not signing up. Entering either competition does not add you to our email or text list. We only use your details to run the competition, unless you separately choose to sign up.
• How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
• Nothing in these rules limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law. These rules are governed by New Zealand law.
