What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or phone when you visit a website. They help the site recognise your device and remember information about your visit.

How we use them

You don't need an account to use this website, so we don't use cookies to sign customers in. We use cookies and similar tools to:

  • see how visitors use the website, so we can make it easier to use; and
  • see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to sign-ups, and show our ads to people who have visited.

What we use

  • Visit counts (no cookies). Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits and sign-ups. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.
  • Analytics cookies. Microsoft Clarity records how people click, tap and scroll around the pages. It doesn't record anything you type into a form.
  • Advertising cookies. The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) loads on every page and tells Meta which pages you visited and whether you signed up.
  • Google map. The map at the bottom of each page comes from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.
  • Notes kept in your browser. Whether you've closed the launch pop-up, and any campaign tags from the link you arrived on. These stay on your device unless you sign up.

Microsoft, Meta and Google set their cookies themselves and use what they receive under their own privacy policies. We don't control their cookies. The full detail, including what our server tells Meta when you sign up, is in the "Cookies and advertising" section of our Privacy Policy.

How to manage or delete cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website works the same without the analytics and advertising cookies. You can also control how Meta uses this kind of information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
